Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Leader for Academic Professionals to provide executive-level administrative support to our Scientific Director and Professor. This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel logistics, and drafting high-volume emails.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective administrative strategies to support the Scientific Director and Professor, including managing their schedules and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including calendars, contact information, and meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve goals and objectives.
