Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled operations coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc. As an operations coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support business objectives.
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive operational excellence.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt communication.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business insights.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations to support business needs.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure organized records.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an operations or administrative role.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
