Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Administrative Care Team, you will provide exceptional customer service, optimize practitioner schedules, coordinate patient billing, and handle administrative duties.

This role requires strong organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our senior management team to ensure seamless clinic operations. If you have a passion for healthcare and a drive for excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phones, emails, mail, and faxes in a professional manner
  • Billing appointments and handling direct billing experience
  • Care Team intake consultations and retention efforts
  • Booking appointments, IT troubleshooting, and communicating with other medical offices
  • Assisting in administering practitioner schedules and maintaining office supplies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of relevant sales, operations, or professional office administration experience
  • A mature approach to customer service, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills
  • Experience with EMRs, especially Jane App, is a strong asset
  • Ability to communicate professionally and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong time-management skills and reliability
  • Proficient in MS Office and Hubspot or another CRM
