Office Operations Coordinator

As an Administrative Support Specialist at MAGNOLIA DENTAL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing budgets and expenditures, establishing and implementing office policies and procedures, recording meeting minutes and maintaining office records, coordinating events and seminars, managing office supplies and inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and visitors.
