About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Childventures Early Learning Academy Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our clients.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Task Management: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties, answer telephone calls and messages, arrange teleconferences, and provide directory assistance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is a minimum requirement.
  • Experience: While experience is not essential, it is considered an asset.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in electronic schedulers, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word is necessary. Additionally, you should possess efficient interpersonal skills, be organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
