Job Title: Glass Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Glass Installation Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems.

Job Summary:

The Glass Installation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of glass products, including preparation of production and other reports.
  • Train and supervise workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and oversee apprenticeship training.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and prepare production and other reports.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the glass industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions:

The Glass Installation Supervisor will work in a fast-paced production environment, with regular exposure to glass products and equipment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:
