We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 glaziers and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a 32.5 hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English.
