About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass and aluminum systems, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the installation of glass and aluminum systems, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of glaziers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete projects successfully.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all work is being carried out to the highest standards, and that all necessary safety protocols are being followed.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that all projects have the necessary resources to complete.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, and that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that all projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
