Job Title: Glass Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Glass Installation Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of glass products
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Train and develop the skills of installation team members
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of installed products
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in glass installation or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
