We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems.
Job SummaryThe Glazier Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of glaziers, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of 5-10 glaziers to ensure high-quality production and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and minimizing waste.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32.5-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
