Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass and aluminum products, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule installation activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 glaziers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support installation activities.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and arrange for training or development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all team members follow health and safety regulations and protocols, and report any incidents or near-misses.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
