Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 glaziers and provide guidance on tasks and projects
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32.5 hour work week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
