Glass Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of 5-10 glaziers and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure accurate requisitioning.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and quality control.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32.5 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
