Job Title: McDonald's Consultant in Walmart

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced McDonald's Consultant in Walmart to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the McDonald's in Walmart portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional corporate teams, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the performance of staff across various disciplines that support the MiW portfolio
* Lead cross-functional efforts to create, implement, and measure the execution of the MiW business plan
* Work directly with the MiW Owner Operator Advisory Board to facilitate strong collaboration and engagement in the MiW business plan
* Provide coaching and mentoring to field stakeholders like Business and Operations consultants and Finance that can help them grow the MiW Business
* Role model and reinforce the leadership behaviors and advanced influencing skills to gain commitment from Franchisees, Field Leaders, and Vendors
* Manage and leverage relationships with important vendors, including Walmart Canada and CRBE

Requirements:

* 5+ years of McDonald's restaurant (or other QSR) operations experience demonstrating an expert knowledge of operations procedures and key restaurant performance metrics
* Experience participating in cross-functional teams to drive business performance
* Exceptional relationship building, influence, and communication skills specific to McDonald's franchise and corporate organization
* Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects at any given time
* Ability to collaborate with numerous stakeholders and demonstrate the OneTeam approach
* Ability to navigate through an ambiguous, ever-changing environment
* Self-starter who can identify the important priorities while multi-tasking
* Ability to travel periodically within Canada
