About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a McDonald's Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will play a key role in supporting the McDonald's in Walmart portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the McDonald's in Walmart business plan, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the McDonald's in Walmart Director and other senior leaders to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to field stakeholders, including Business and Operations consultants and Finance teams, to help them grow the McDonald's in Walmart business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, including Walmart Canada and CRBE, to ensure successful partnerships and collaborations.
  • Track progress on deployment projects and activities, reporting status to stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of McDonald's restaurant operations experience, with a strong understanding of operations procedures and key restaurant performance metrics.
  • Experience participating in cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, influence, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to travel periodically within Canada, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
