About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lise Allin Insurance and Estate Planning Services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordination and Scheduling
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Office Management
    • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order materials as needed.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
