Business Administration Assistant

Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our business services.

- Oversee daily operations and direct staff activities.
- Evaluate and enhance operational processes.
- Motivate and train team members.
- Establish and implement effective policies and procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Handle contracts and oversee training strategies.
- Respond to inquiries via telephone and electronic communication.
- Compile and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Advise senior management on operational matters.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate staff consultations and grievance procedures.
- Supervise payroll administration and travel arrangements.
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
- Perform data entry and provide customer service support.
- Assist in recruitment and staffing processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Supervise 1 to 2 staff members.
- Proficient in Google Docs, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Reader and electronic mail systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable.
- Client-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
