Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and direct staff activities.
  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes.
  • Motivate and train team members.
  • Establish and implement effective policies and procedures.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Handle contracts and oversee training strategies.
  • Respond to inquiries via telephone and electronic communication.
  • Compile and analyze data for reporting purposes.
  • Advise senior management on operational matters.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate staff consultations and grievance procedures.
  • Supervise payroll administration and travel arrangements.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service support.
  • Assist in recruitment and staffing processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Supervise 1 to 2 staff members.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Google Docs, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Reader and electronic mail systems.
