Job Summary

Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning Ltd. is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Support
    • Provide support to other team members as needed, including assisting with special projects and tasks.
    • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
