  • Administrative Support

    • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that our business is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to ensure that our clients are responded to promptly and efficiently.
    • Answer electronic enquiries to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our service.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
    • Oversee the preparation of reports to ensure that they are accurate and informative.
    • Advise senior management on administrative matters to ensure that our office is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Employee Relations
    • Respond to employee questions and complaints to ensure that our employees are satisfied with their work environment.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that our office is well-stocked and equipped.
    • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our service.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
    • Experience
      • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a logistics or transportation company.
    • Language
      • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Work Environment
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
      • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
