About the Role:
- This permanent, full-time position involves carrying out administrative activities, administering policies and procedures, and coordinating office services.
- The successful candidate will assist in preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and performing data entry tasks.
- In addition, the role requires training staff and overseeing office administrative procedures.
- Key software skills include MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
About You:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
