Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at PRIMARY REHAB INC.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day administrative activities of our establishment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordination of office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Computer and technology knowledge, including electronic mail and MS Office
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication skills
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively

Compensation:

The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
