Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at PRIMARY REHAB INC.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day administrative activities of our establishment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities, including coordination of office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Computer and technology knowledge, including electronic mail and MS Office
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication skills
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
Compensation:
The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
