Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Insurance Administrator to join our team at Lise Allin Insurance and Estate Planning Services. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Open and distribute mail and other materials as needed
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to meet business needs
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and vendors
- Manage contracts and agreements with third-party providers
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
