Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue in-market experience to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with customers to design and implement effective sales strategies, including promotional events and product merchandising.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and grow revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with field sales teams, key accounts, and customers to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key decision-makers to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
About You
We seek highly motivated and results-driven individuals who possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree completed between August 2024 - August 2025, a strong passion for sales and leadership, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
