About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at 1570823 ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, including allocating resources and establishing financial and administrative controls.
  • Leadership: Select and appoint middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Performance Management: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive performance and growth.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and authorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week
