About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Oak & Stone Constructions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Allocate resources, including materials, human capital, and finances, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Team Leadership: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Travel and Work Requirements
  • Travel: Willing to travel overnight and regularly.
  • Work Environment: On-the-road job with transportation provided by the employer.
