About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Oak & Stone Constructions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Financial Management
    • Establish and manage project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure project profitability.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including project stakeholders and end-users.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction management role, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including budget management and team leadership.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
