Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at MAHAN FORM PLUS LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, managing budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project progress.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
