  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring the company's assets and reputation are protected.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Work Environment: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
