About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at 1570823 ONTARIO INC. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, setting priorities, and making informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring the company's assets and reputation are protected.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction management or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in construction management software and tools.
