Job Description

We are seeking a driven Corporate Development Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Optimize Wealth Management. This dynamic role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills, as well as familiarity with wealth management aspects such as investments, financial planning, tax planning, will and estate planning, and insurance.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Business Development Officer and be responsible for developing new business opportunities. This involves prospecting new and existing leads, performing follow-up calls to strengthen relationships, and utilizing a CRM system to ensure accurate data retrieval and timely follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' industry/sales experience
  • Superior ability to host sales presentations and close deals
  • A strong ability to cold-call
  • A passion for sales and track record of success
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to prioritize and work under deadlines
