Job Title: Corporate Event Strategist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Corporate Event Strategist to join our Marketing & Sales Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for corporate events that align with our business goals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of planning and executing complex events. You will be responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for corporate events that align with business goals
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, vendors, and clients
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement event marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in event management
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with event management software, CRM tools (Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearBenefits:
