As a Senior Marketing Strategist for Corporate Cards, you will play a critical role in driving growth and differentiation for BMO's Corporate Card clients.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in managing marketing campaigns and a completed undergraduate degree in marketing, business, commerce, or a related discipline. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to think critically and creatively, with excellent problem-solving skills, is required.

This position involves leading the development of strategic marketing initiatives to support growth objectives and differentiate BMO's Corporate Card offering. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans that drive measurable impact against strategic objectives
  • Managing day-to-day requirements to deliver campaigns on time with flawless execution
  • Tracking results and outcomes of initiatives and reporting to partners and executives

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals who can effectively use Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. This role also requires strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with Lines of Business, Vendors, and other key partners.
