About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 12934001 Canada Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes and reports.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm travel arrangements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and data entry.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, organized, and accountable.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 40 hours per week.
