About the Role:

The Business Development Representative will play a crucial part in promoting AGAT Laboratories' portfolio of services. This involves focusing on building our Environmental Materials Testing services for clients in Ontario and Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the sales function to drive growth and revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Implement account-specific sales and marketing initiatives to enhance market presence.
  • Support the creation and execution of business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor competitive market activity, gather insights, and capitalize on opportunities available in existing locations.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in science or business is preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in outside sales, with prior B2B sales experience being an asset.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills are required.
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise sales presentations, manage multiple priorities, and work independently or within a team environment.
