**About the Role**

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales and business development efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering results-driven presentations.

As a Business Development Representative at Ignite Talent Solutions, you will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and for providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3+ years direct inside sales experience, a proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying sales, and an entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude. You should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a strong appetite for business.
