Business Development Representative

Founded in 2016, Hypercare has seen rapid growth and is currently being used by over 100 North American healthcare organizations including some of the largest healthcare systems in Canada.
Job Overview
Hypercare is seeking a self-motivated, energetic people-person to join our growing Sales team as Business Development Representative in the exciting and rewarding world of healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through outbound activities such as phone calls, email campaigns, social media, and managing communication with inbound leads.
BDR activities and responsibilities include the following:
1. Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
2. Identify, prioritize, and organize leads for the sales pipeline by qualifying leads generated by marketing campaigns, website signups, social media, and outbound cold call and email activities.
3. Presenting the Hypercare value proposition to potential clients.
4. Mining dormant accounts to convert to active accounts.
5. Maintaining accurate records by updating the CRM database (Salesforce).
6. Research prospective clients and running various reports as required.

The Business Development Representative will play a critical role in the growth of Hypercare and directly impact the company's revenue targets. In addition to helping build the sales pipeline and increasing the Hypercare brand awareness, the Business Development Representative can truly make a positive impact in the Canadian and USA healthcare landscape by helping clinicians save time, improve operational efficiencies, and ultimately deliver better patient outcomes.
Full Compensation Package
1. Salary (CAD): $50,000 Base + $20,000 OTE (not capped)
2. Healthcare and dental benefits
3. 15 days paid vacation per year, accrued annually
4. 5 days of personal days annually
5. 10 days paid sick leave annually
6. Stock options
7. Ability to work remotely
