We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate team at Anurag Homes Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain a filing system
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and arrange travel and itineraries
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Reliability, dependability, and a team player attitude
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work 30 to 44 hours per week
