Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Testing Lead to oversee the testing process during the implementation of a new payroll system at Magna. Your role will involve working closely with the project team to develop and execute testing strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the payroll system.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain testing strategies, plans, and procedures for the payroll system implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain required test data and resources for testing purposes. Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support throughout the testing process. Create and execute test cases to verify the accuracy and functionality of the payroll system.

Requirements

Proven experience as a testing lead or similar role, preferably in the payroll domain. Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems. Familiarity with different testing methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
