Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas, focusing on growing the pipeline and closing new services and technology contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to identify solutions and meet customer needs, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, ensuring timely completion of order entry, invoicing, and customer processes.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses, create proposals, and develop solutions to meet customer needs, driving sales pursuits and achieving sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with customer relationship management at multiple levels, including VP/CIO.
  • Excellent sales, account, and delivery skills, with a strong understanding of IT services and major OEM technologies.
  • Ability to navigate digital tools, including social media platforms, and prepare, write, and deliver value-added sales solution presentations and proposals.

We're looking for a sales professional with a strong track record of success in selling into Fortune 1000 companies, with a deep understanding of service desk, dispatched services, life cycle services, Microsoft modern desktop, collaboration tools, and major OEM technologies and solutions.
