Job Overview:
The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our Adult Mental Health Program. This leadership role plays a crucial part in providing integrated and comprehensive mental health services to the community.

Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, you will supervise day-to-day operations, provide clinical leadership, and function as a practicing clinician on the team. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other systems and teams to achieve program objectives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years of directly related mental health experience, expertise in community mental health, and a comprehensive knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Additionally, you must have excellent organizational, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a BSW, BScMH, BScPN, BN, or BMR (OT) degree, or a related health/human services education. A clinical master's degree is preferred. Certification in maintaining active registration with the appropriate registering body and a valid driver's license are also required.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is estimated at $40,552 - $55,038 per year, based on the job requirements and location. Our organization offers a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
