At the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, we're seeking a skilled Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our team as a Mental Health Clinical Specialist. This role requires providing professional nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

This position involves independent nursing services, administration of interventions and treatments, and a leadership role within the healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating coordination of patient care and discharge, demonstrating a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of the region/facility/unit.

We're looking for an individual with recent related mental health experience who is a graduate of an approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing program or approved Registered Nursing program. You should also have active registration with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (CRPNM) or the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).

In addition to your education and experience, you'll need to possess knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines. You should also have effective oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize care for an individual patient or group of patients.
