Job Description:


In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing expert mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. Your primary objective will be to assess and intervene in complex mental health issues, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and provide individualized interventions to address mental health concerns
  • Develop and facilitate group programs to promote mental wellness and resilience
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers on mental health management and coping strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and program effectiveness

Requirements:



  • Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a Canadian Association for Social Work Education (CASWE) accredited school/faculty or approved equivalent if internationally educated
  • Minimum 4 years of recent and relevant experience in mental health practice
  • Registration with Manitoba College of Social Workers
  • Valid Manitoba driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • CPR training requirements as per applicable policy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
