Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PACT Service Coordinator to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, development and coordination of treatment, rehabilitation and support services provided to program participants under the clinical supervision of the team leader and the psychiatrist.

About the Role
  • You will provide services to individuals using the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery to guide your practice and function as a clinical member of the multidisciplinary team.
  • The successful candidate will have experience working with people with serious and persistent psychiatric disabilities and hold a related health or human service degree.
  • Additionally, you will be required to maintain and provide proof of registration with relevant regulatory bodies and possess a valid driver's license.

Requirements
  • A minimum of four years' related community experience working with people with serious and persistent psychiatric disabilities is required.
  • Working knowledge of the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery is essential.
  • You must possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $36.711 to $50.635 per hour, depending on experience.
