Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. This is a key role that will provide leadership in promoting excellence in mental health nursing services, through the application of advanced knowledge and research.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in promoting excellence in mental health nursing services
  • Apply advanced knowledge and research to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address key clinical issues and program priorities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care
Requirements
  • Masters of Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing degree
  • Minimum 5 years of recent clinical experience in mental health nursing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
