Senior Enterprise Sales Director

Arista Networks is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in the Toronto area.
Job DescriptionAbout the Role
The Client Director will be responsible for developing and executing targeted account plans to meet and exceed sales targets. This includes:
- Identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across Arista's product portfolio.
- Establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned agencies.
- Creating and executing marketing plans aligned with named accounts and territory.
- Managing and aligning year 1 to year 3 business priorities across a named account territory.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of pursuing and closing large deals within large enterprise organizations. Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS, CS, BBA) or equivalent.
- 10+ years of sales experience with a focus on developing large major Fortune 500 customers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven navigation of end-user requirements definition through contracting and resale processes.
- Working knowledge of networking solutions (Route, Switch, SDN, SD-WAN, Campus Networks, Network Virtualization, NFV).
- Demonstrated people skills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record of building business plans, documenting processes, and exceeding sales targets.
Salary and Benefits
This role offers an estimated salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
