The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Account Director to join our enterprise sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of Adobe's Digital Marketing product lines. You'll work closely with our largest customers across the retail, travel, and hospitality industries, developing long-term relationships and crafting strategic account plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers at all levels, with a focus on C-suite executives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and assist customers in achieving a successful start with Adobe and help them expand the value realized from our solutions.
  • Collaborate with Adobe teams, including sales, support, engineering, product, and marketing, to drive sales excellence and customer success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging Adobe's ecosystem and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Meet sales quotas and run efficient business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience selling solutions to marketing, IT, and brands or lines of business in large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS within the retail and travel and hospitality space.
  • Validated sales excellence and creative problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, partnering with other Adobe teams.
