Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance
  • Employee Experience: Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee well-being, engagement, and development within our client organizations
  • Talent Management: Support clients in building strong, diverse teams by offering tailored recruitment strategies, performance management programs, and leadership development plans
  • HR Consulting: Provide clients with expert HR advice, addressing challenges related to organizational culture, employee relations, and talent retention
  • Partnership Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with companies that align with our values and quality standards, enhancing our service offerings and expanding our reach
  • Business Development: Work with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive client acquisition and revenue growth through partnerships
  • Collaborations: Manage ongoing relationships with partner organizations, ensuring collaborations are mutually beneficial and contribute to shared goals
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Fractional HR Experts at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings, effectively communicating our brand's mission and values

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR management, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition sectors.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, talent management strategies, and employee engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
