Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Clinical Manager and Clinical Network

Greet clients for their in-person appointments and attend to the front reception/waiting area

Answer general inquiries in-person, by phone or email

Contact/rebook client appointments when a clinician is unexpectedly out of the office due to sickness or emergency, etc.

Manage office inventory and order office supplies

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office and customer service environment

Exceptional customer service delivery skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French & English

Ability to adhere to established policies, processes and guidelines
