At Sun Life Canada, our Retail Advice and Solutions division is a top provider of life, health, and wealth products in the Canadian marketplace.
As a key member of the Regional Financial Planning Service team, this role provides day-to-day leadership to Planning Directors, Financial Planners, Financial Planning Consultants, and Regional Administrators.
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of the Estate and Financial Planning Service to clients and advisors, working closely with the Leader of EFPS and the Leader of Financial Planning Support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to a regional team of financial planners, ensuring high technical competence and expertise.
- Contribute to SLFD sales results by delivering estate and financial planning services to advisors within their region.
- Maintain current knowledge of estate and financial planning through research and industry functions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in a financial planning or related role.
- Expert knowledge of estate and financial planning.
- Strong leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
