Job Title: Senior Performance Analyst

About the Role:

Halifax Regional Municipality is seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Analyst to join its Finance & Asset Management team. As a key member of the Corporate Performance team, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements and providing strategic analysis to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards to support business decision-making
* Analyze data and provide insights to inform business process improvements
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvement initiatives
* Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business results
* Develop and maintain processes and standardized procedures for core business and service processes

Requirements:

* Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration or a suitable combination of a degree and experience
* 5+ years' work experience in an analytical, strategic planning, or project management role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
* Experience with business intelligence systems and data analysis tools
* Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving business results
